Joni 

Joni & her brother were found abandoned in a box. Thankfully a compassionate Uber Eats driver stopped to help. Terrified, Joni bolted & became trapped in the engine of the vehicle! With the help from our volunteer, who had previous experience as a mechanic, they worked for 2 hours to free her. After receiving veterinary care for her injuries, Joni made a full recovery & is now happily settled in her new forever home.
