After taking care of your loved ones, a gift to us will help us provide for cats and kittens who need it most, like Phoebe... Little Phoebe, once known as Epona, came to Yorkshire Cat Rescue from one of the most heartbreaking situations we’ve seen - a house overwhelmed with 40 cats living in horrendous conditions. She arrived battling severe fleas, worms, flu, and painful eye infections. At just a few weeks old, she was far too fragile for standard treatments. Thankfully, one of our incredible fosterers stepped in, giving Phoebe the round-the-clock care she desperately needed. Because she was too young for standard flea meds, her fosterer gently combed her with soapy water to ease the infestation while waiting for a safer treatment to kick in. Phoebe wasn’t a fan of the daily eye drops, but just look at her now! Clear-eyed, fluffy, and absolutely stunning. This little fighter has now found her forever home, where she’ll be loved and cherished for the rest of her life. Just as she deserves.
